Misty Winter Morning

I joined Daily Paintworks this morning. For over a year I have followed and occasionally participated in the Daily Paintworks Challenges. Over the next few weeks I will be testing the links and workings of my Daily Paintworks Gallery to see how it connects with my website and my blogs.

Intermission Until Spring

These frigid, glistening days of winter find me moving my studio space, working on an exciting, large commissioned piece and working out the logistics of the new series of Creativity Workshops. I miss painting my little morning studies and look forward to beginning them again in the spring.

Until then, I will not post paintings for auction.

See you again in the spring of 2009!

October

Please forgive the lack of auction postings. I am totally focused on painting for my upcoming solo exhibition in October at Monsoon Gallery in Bethlehem, PA, Unveiled ... The Anatomy of a Painting.

I will begin posting auction pieces again in October or November.

Priorities

Forgive my lack of posting little paintings on eBay.

I am currently working madly at completing a significant body of work for my upcoming solo exhibit at Monsoon Gallery, Bethlehem, PA in October. Due to the time-intensive technique of glazing which requires each layer to be totally dry before the next glazing, I am working on twenty seven paintings simultaneously and having the time of my life playing with color nuances. The small color studies I posted on eBay have been put on the back burner. It is thanks to those little color studies that these large canvases are full of life and energy.

If you would like to follow the progress of the new series, please visit my blog Before the Curtain Falls.

I will not be posting paintings on eBay on any sort of regular schedule until November.
